It focuses on a broad range of subjects, especially related to strategic decision-making. It is strongly anchored to Swiss Post and various railroad companies. In the past, TRAG and Impact have exchanged resources. We have collaborated since 2000 in a close and intensive alliance.
Antares Consulting
Antares Consulting works strictly with hospitals. Fifty consultants, operating from offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon, serve the Iberian peninsula but also clients in France, Belgium and Switzerland. The main focus lies on optimization of work processes. In addition, cost management assignments are carried out, aimed at transparency of production costs. We have worked together with Antares since 2003, focusing on Hospital Benchmark and the joint execution of projects.
Ensolution
Ensolution is a small Swedish advisory bureau with long-term experience in the use of QPR software. It specializes in cost management projects, but also in the realization of corporate strategies and the structured recording of processes. TRAG and Ensolution cooperate already 10 years on verious fields, including Hospital Benchmark.
