Pi® DRG Profiles

Are you performing many or few activities vis-a-vis hospitals? Are you requesting many laboratory or radiology activities?

With Pi® DRG Profiles you will be able to understand your costs better by being able to answer the following questions:

•  Is our hospital requesting many laboratory activities?
•  Is our hospital requesting many radiology activities?
•  Are we performing a relative high amount of activities in comparisson with other hospitals?

With the module Profiles of Pi® the hospitals can see the profiles per DRG and for each profile the hospital can analyze its performance. This can be done in different ways:

•  Compared to other hospitals that work with Pi® (mirror)
•  The own hospital development in time (trend)
•  Compared to several national profiles
•  A defined profile set by the hospital itself

The profiles are shown on three levels:

•  Overview rapport on DRG level
•  Overview on clustered medical execution (e.g. operation or length of stay)
•  Detailed overview per medical execution
