Cost management
TRAG is your partner for cost management solutions. Expertise is the key to our services. We offer solutions in the healthcare, telecom and logistic sectors. A large part of our cost management projects relate to cost calculation, often based on Activity Based Costing.
Our experience in more than 100 European hospitals is unequalled. We support more than 70 institutions in the Dutch care sector. These include many general hospitals, nearly all university hospitals and most of the top clinical centers. In addition, we work for rehabilitation centers and the Dutch Mental Healthcare Association.
Next to the care sector we are also active in logistics and telecommunication. We provide cost management solutions in the Netherlands, but also in Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, France, Scandinavia, the Middle East and the Netherlands Antilles.
